Sometimes Embracing Technology Feels Like Taking One Step Forward and Two Steps Back
A recent article in BankNews.com, "Double Dipping Through Mobile Checking" discusses some of the problems associated with remote deposit capture (RDC). Citing a study by industry group RemoteDepositCapture.com, the article draws attention to the fact that the study found 20 percent of financial institutions using mobile RDC have reported losses.
